“BANGWIN SushiBang” Contest Terms & Conditions

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer of the Contest is Kaven&Co Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000851516, NIP: 5223187015, REGON: 386599845 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The Contest is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Contest is not a game of chance, mutual bet, promotional lottery, or gambling as defined by the Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.

§ 2. CONTEST DURATION

1. The Contest runs from April 25, 2025, until May 23, 2025, 11:59 PM.
2. Results will be announced on May 26, 2025, via SushiBang social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram).
3. The Organizer reserves the right to contact the Winner directly via email or telephone.

§ 3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Any natural person who meets the following criteria may participate in the Contest:
   a) is at least 18 years old,
   b) placed and paid for an order of at least PLN 199 on sushibang.pl during the Contest period,
   c) entered the promo code BANGWIN and their answer to the question: “How many sushi rolls did SushiBang prepare from the beginning of 2025 until March 31, 2025 (inclusive)?”
   d) accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
   e) gave marketing consent to be contacted via email and phone for Contest purposes and Organizer’s promotional activities.
2. Participants may submit multiple entries, provided that all conditions above are met for each submission.
3. Participation in the Contest is entirely voluntary and free of charge (excluding the cost of the placed order).

§ 4. PRIZE

1. The prize is a Dyson Airwrap (Dyson Airwrap i.d. Straight+Wavy 596926-01 1300W) or a PlayStation 5 console (Sony PlayStation 5 Chassis Digital Edition 1TB) – the Winner may choose one.
2. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
3. The Winner must choose their prize within 7 days of the result announcement.

§ 5. WINNER SELECTION

1. The Winner is the person whose answer is closest to the actual number of sushi rolls prepared by SushiBang from January 1 to March 31, 2025 (inclusive) - 43146 pcs.
2. If more than one person submits the same closest answer, the winner will be the one who submitted their order first.
3. The Winner will be announced on May 26, 2025, on SushiBang's social media, and contacted within 7 days.
4. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, after three failed phone attempts and two email attempts, the prize will go to the next closest answer.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Winner’s data before awarding the prize, including the order number and proof of identity.
6. The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues beyond its control that may affect the Contest entries.

§ 6. COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted via email to [Organizer’s email] within 7 days from the result announcement date.
2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

§ 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The administrator of participants' personal data is Kaven&Co Sp. z o.o.
2. Data will be processed for the purpose of organizing the Contest and for marketing purposes, based on the participant's consent.
3. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
4. Participation in the Contest requires consent for processing of personal data for marketing purposes, including communication via electronic means (email, phone), in accordance with the Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004, and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

§ 8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Contest is equivalent to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid organizational reasons, without affecting the rights of already participating users.

Any matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law.
