Terms and Conditions of the “BangCoins” Promotional Campaign

1. General Provisions

1.1. The organizer of the “BangCoins” promotional campaign (hereinafter: the “Campaign”) is Kaven&CO, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Szczęsna 26, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0000851516, NIP 5223187015.

1.2. The Campaign runs from October 1 to October 15, 2025.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the Campaign, the method of calculating BangCoins, the rules for exchanging them for prizes, as well as the rights and obligations of Participants and the Organizer.

2. Definitions

2.1. Participant – an adult natural person with full legal capacity who, during the Campaign, places an order at SushiBang.

2.2. Order – a one-time purchase of products from the SushiBang offer made online, by phone, or in person at the premises.

2.3. BangCoin – a unit awarded to the Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, entitling them to exchange it for prizes. A BangCoin takes the form of a paper “note” attached to a paid order.

3. Earning BangCoins

3.1. From October 1–14, 2025, for every PLN 100 gross value of an order, the Participant receives 1 BangCoin.

3.2. On October 15, 2025, from 12:00 until 02:00 on October 16, 2025, for every PLN 100 gross value of an order, the Participant receives 2 BangCoins.

3.3. BangCoins are not awarded for orders fully paid with vouchers, gift cards, or other coupons.

4. Exchanging BangCoins for Prizes

4.1. BangCoins may only be exchanged on October 15, 2025, until the closing time of the premises (i.e., until 02:00 on October 16, 2025).

4.2. Exchange can only be made individually – combining BangCoins from different persons is not allowed.

4.3. To receive a prize, the collected BangCoins must be handed over to the SushiBang employee accepting the order.

4.4. Prizes valued at 1 or 2 BangCoins may be selected multiple times, in any quantity.

4.5. Prizes valued at 4 BangCoins or more may be redeemed only once (each type of prize may be collected only once).

4.6. The number of prizes is limited. Prizes are awarded on a “first come, first served” basis.

4.7. The Organizer is not liable for depletion of the prize pool.

5. Prizes and Their BangCoin Values

Lipton Peach Drink — 1 BangCoin (100 pcs.)
Rollo Bonsai — 2 BangCoins (100 pcs.)
Cheese Balls in Tempura — 4 BangCoins (50 pcs.)
“Mini Philadelphia” Set — 5 BangCoins (15 pcs.)
“Sushi-Burger” Set — 10 BangCoins (10 pcs.)
Massage/Spa — 5 BangCoins (5 pcs.)
Karting — 8 BangCoins (3 pcs.)
10% Delivery Discount — 10 BangCoins (100 pcs.)
20% Discount — 20 BangCoins (50 pcs.)
Annual Sushi Supply (voucher worth PLN 2000) — 50 BangCoins (1 pc.)

6. Rules for Using Prizes

6.1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

6.2. Prize vouchers are valid until November 30, 2025, for the next order at SushiBang, provided that the order has a minimum gross value of PLN 120. An exception is the “annual sushi supply” prize in the form of a PLN 2000 voucher, which must be used by October 16, 2026.

6.3. Prize vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

6.4. Prize vouchers may only be used by the person who received them.

7. Organizer’s Liability

7.1. The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

inability to participate in the Campaign due to reasons attributable to the Participant,
unforeseen events preventing prize collection,
depletion of the prize pool.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, without infringing on the acquired rights of Participants.

8.2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.

8.3. Participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
